Viewing your Organization's Tickets

The primary account holder has access to login to the LiveSwitch support portal and view all tickets. 


Additional users may sign up for Support Portal Access by visiting 


If you have already submitted a support ticket you must still sign up for an account so we can properly link you organizations requests.  Please use the same email address.   


Notify our support team if you would like all members of your organization to have visibility into all tickets so we can update those settings.  By default each user will only see tickets they opened.
