Some users are having difficulty logging in to the Help Desk when using the current version of Google Chrome. In attempting to log in they are repeatedly redirected to the main Frozen Mountain website. We are investigating the issue and will resolve it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please note that there is no issue logging in using any other browser - including Chrome Canary.
While we can find no direct bug report, or release note for the coming Chrome release, indicating that the root cause is a bug in the current version of Chrome, the fact that the issue does not reproduce using Canary indicates that this may be the case.
We will continue to work to resolve this issue, and any updates will be posted here.
